Training for Both Ends of the Leash

Elite Canine

Our Policies

Elite Canine is fully insured through The Hartford

Payments & Refunds:

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a space in class. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

There are no refunds once payment has been received. Classes are non-transferable. If you sign up for a class and need to switch the date there will be a $50 transfer fee.

At this time we cannot offer any make-up classes. Due to COVID-19 and social distancing we are keeping our classes small so there is not enough room for extra students. If you need to miss a class you will receive the class notes with full instruction on what was covered in class.

Effective June 26, 2020 Elite Canine will require all of our students to wear face masks. This is a state mandated regulation and we want all our students to be safe and healthy. We also ask that you follow social distancing rules once inside the training center.

If you are signing up for our One on One Program, your payment must be received before the first session. All of the aggression policies include our One on One Program. If your dog shows any signs of aggression towards the trainer the sessions will end and there are no refunds. Our services do not include any behavioral training beyond obedience.

Once the payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Enrollments are processed in the order they are received. Please do not assume your payment has been received and you are enrolled in a class until you have received a confirmation email. Class schedules are subject to change prior to the class start date. Classes may be full without indicating such on our website.

Children must remain seated with their parents and remain under parental control at all times. Parents must supervise their children at all times during class. Children are not permitted to run, yell or otherwise act disruptive in the classroom. If your child wants to meet another dog, please obtain the owners permission first. Children can get bored during class. Please bring quiet toys or activities to keep them entertained.
